Position Overview

Job Type: Seasonal

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday; Approximately 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Location: Grand Marsh, WI

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize company-specific MRP/ERP systems proficiently.
  • Interpret the daily production schedule and coordinate label printing accordingly.
  • Assist the Shipping Coordinator with the scanning of product labels for outgoing shipments.
  • Generate inventory reports from MRP/ERP systems to facilitate physical inventory reconciliation.
  • Reconcile daily label outputs.
  • Prepare purchase orders as required.
  • Print bills of lading for outgoing shipments.

Physical Requirements:

This role primarily involves tasks performed using computer-related equipment. The Production Coordinator will need to lift and transport inventory, which necessitates physical strength, and will spend significant time walking and standing during their daily responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.


Compensation: $13-$16 per hour
