Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents/patients under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON
  • Implement and evaluate resident/patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Supervise nursing assistants and ensure the delivery of quality care
  • Manage the environment to maintain resident/patient safety and adhere to center policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an LPN in the state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Able to use necessary supplies and equipment
  • Able to calculate drug dosage
  • Meets all health requirements imposed by law
  • Ability to relate positively with residents, families, and staff
