About the Role

IBM is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development of innovative AI-powered solutions for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategy, execution, and delivery of new features and capabilities.

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to ensure fast-paced development cycles in an agile environment. You will serve as a key stakeholder in defining the product vision, aligning it with the broader goals of IBM to drive AI innovation and leadership.

You will partner with customers and executives to gather feedback, understand market needs, and ensure that our solutions are solving real enterprise challenges. Your goal will be to ensure the product management team is consistently delivering high-impact, customer-focused solutions that align with IBM's AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product management, driving strategy, execution, and delivery of new features and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure fast-paced development cycles in an agile environment.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in defining the product vision, aligning it with the broader goals of IBM to drive AI innovation and leadership.

  • Ensure the product management team is consistently delivering high-impact, customer-focused solutions that align with IBM's AI strategy.
Requirements
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and Generative AI technologies.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business opportunities.
  • Deep knowledge of the AI and enterprise markets, with the ability to identify key trends and competitive opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working directly with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
  • A proven ability to develop products that address customer pain points, delivering both business and technical value.
