About the Role

This is a part-time day shift position, requiring 18 hours per week of dedication. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough patient assessments to identify individual care needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Administer and monitor therapeutic interventions, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with the healthcare team.
  • Participate in clinical decision-making, contributing valuable insights and expertise to drive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, wellness strategies, and safety practices, promoting informed decision-making and empowerment.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to other nursing staff and healthcare team members, ensuring seamless care delivery and promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.
  • Stay up-to-date with professional development opportunities, including orientation, education, and training programs, to maintain competence and enhance patient care.
  • Identify areas for performance improvement and participate in initiatives to drive positive change and quality enhancement.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 0-1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with 2-4 years preferred.
  • An Associate's degree in Nursing, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A valid NJ RN License.
