Key Responsibilities- Assist the pharmacist in the performance of pharmacy duties, including filling prescriptions, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate pharmacy systems, including cash registers, to process transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, and storing pharmaceuticals.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain knowledge and skills in pharmacy operations and customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Basic math skills and ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications.
