Landscape Sales and Design Professional

Bret Achtenhagen's Seasonal Services is seeking a talented Landscape Sales and Design Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales and design team, you will be responsible for consulting with clients, designing innovative landscape solutions, and working closely with our project teams to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationships & Sales
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets for landscape projects.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting design concepts, materials, and costs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and negotiate project proposals, contracts, and sales agreements.
- Design & Creativity
- Lead the design process for residential and commercial landscape projects, transforming client visions into stunning outdoor spaces.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design vision and propose creative and effective solutions.
- Work with our sales support team to create detailed design plans, technical drawings, and presentation graphics using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and hand sketches.
- Develop high-quality 3D renderings and photorealistic visuals to bring design concepts to life.
- Mentorship & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with experienced landscape architects to refine your skills and knowledge of design and project management.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in landscape design/build, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software.
- Excellent understanding of site analysis, inventory, and measurement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Organizational and project management skills to effectively oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines.
