Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you will be a key player in bringing the Bloomingdale's experience to life. You will provide exceptional customer service, meet sales goals, and exhibit extensive product knowledge. Key responsibilities include maintaining merchandise presentation and stockroom organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by prioritizing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in all aspects of store fulfillment.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend additional products.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of store offerings.
5. Operate POS systems proficiently.
6. Proactively assist customers utilizing shopping devices.
7. Uphold department recovery standards.
8. Participate in inventory management and markdown processes.
9. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications:
No formal education or prior experience is required.

Strong interpersonal abilities.

Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities.

Ability to work a flexible schedule aligned with retail hours.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking.

May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, and lifting/moving items up to 25lbs.
