Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our locations.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all assigned areas are clean, neat, and sanitary. This includes maintaining a high level of customer service, adhering to preventative maintenance procedures, and using judgment to determine the most effective cleaning techniques.

You'll also be responsible for promoting effective interpersonal relationships, maintaining professional conduct, and assisting in improving productivity and efficient operations of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a friendly and efficient customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
  • Inspect and use judgment to determine which cleaning techniques to follow.
  • Demonstrate efficient and safe use of housekeeping equipment and solutions.
  • May disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies using germicides and sterilizing equipment.
  • Employ universal precautions when disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials.
  • Keep carts properly stocked with equipment and cleaning supplies.
  • Promote effective interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships.
  • Assist in improving productivity and efficient operations of the department.
Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with past cleaning experience, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff. If you're a team player with a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

This role may require physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
