FeldCare Connects is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to deliver high-quality home healthcare to patients of all ages. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to control your own schedule and work in your preferred coverage areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one treatment to patients in their homes
  • Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes in their condition
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
  • Certification by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Current Certification of Competence (CCC)
  • Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
  • Reliable personal transportation and a smartphone
