Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Elite Home Health, a part of LHC Group. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient care needs and develop personalized therapy plans to address functional status, activities of daily living, and fine motor coordination.
  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, record patient progress, and report to the nurse supervisor and physician as needed.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to promote optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
