About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our engineering, planning, start-up, and construction phases of self-performing construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all aspects of construction operations, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize construction processes and increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set short and long-term operational objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Identify and implement industry best practices to improve project delivery, safety, and quality performance.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial construction, with 7+ years' experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale industrial construction projects (manufacturing plants, warehouses, refineries, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of construction best practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
