Autonomous Pediatric Speech Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Mini Miracles Pediatric Therapy. As a key member of our multidisciplinary staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with special needs.

This is a contracted position that offers flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule, allowing you to prioritize your caseload and clients' needs. Our therapist-directed model enables you to serve your clients at your discretion, tailoring your services to meet their unique requirements.

• Conduct individualized assessments and treatment sessions for children and their families
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and communication records
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care
• Develop and implement effective therapeutic interventions using various techniques and modalities
