As a healthcare support professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities.

Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, confirming patient visits, and directing calls to the correct personnel.

You will also be responsible for greeting visitors, assessing their purpose, and directing them to the appropriate staff member.

Effective organizational skills are necessary for compiling medical charts, reports, and correspondence, as well as maintaining accurate records.

Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred, but not required.

A problem-solving mentality is crucial for prioritizing tasks and addressing patient issues that may arise, requiring excellent customer service skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of recent medical assistant experience
  • Front/back office experience
