We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Digital Administration Competence Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing operational and technical processes in the area of document management and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Digital Administration Competence Center team
  • Manage and optimize operational and technical processes in document management and workflows
  • Oversee project management tools and other cross-functional tools within the administration
  • Evaluate and monitor digitalization initiatives based on the digital strategy
  • Coordinate and support project management within and potentially outside of the Smart Administration Department
  • Manage licenses and permissions for systems managed by the team, including SAP
  • Lead own projects or participate in cross-functional projects
  • Ensure compliance with IT regulations, particularly data protection and IT security requirements
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, business administration, or public management with a focus on information technology
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in IT management or technical operations, ideally in the areas of document management, workflows, and SAP
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in project management and coordination
