Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of this role is to
evaluate residents' needs, create personalized care plans, deliver nursing care, assess nursing services, and oversee nursing assistants and other staff in providing care.
This oversight must align with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our community, as well as directives from the Director of Nursing Services or their designee to ensure the highest quality of care is consistently maintained.
Adhere to all health, sanitation, and infection control policies while upholding established standards of practice set by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications:
Must hold a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in the state of employment.
Must have a valid CPR certification.
Must be proficient in English and capable of following both verbal and written instructions.
Must demonstrate the ability to execute both verbal and written directives.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff in performing duties.
Ability to observe proper safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work scheduled hours as required by the position.
Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
Experience:
Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.
Shift & Compensation:
Full-Time Opportunities Available
Shift Required: 7p-7a
Compensation:
$32.00-$35.00 per hour
Sign-on Bonus: $6,000 (First installment 30 days post-hire, followed by installments every 90 days)
