Licensed Practical Nurse

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patient responses and reporting any adverse reactions.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Document patient progress and outcomes, maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care provided.
- Current LPN licensure in the state where you will be practicing.
- One year of experience as a LPN, with a strong background in patient care and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
