Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading cargo from vehicles
• Communicating with customers to determine pickup and delivery needs
• Reporting any incidents or issues encountered on the road to a dispatcher
• Following all applicable traffic laws and regulations

• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely deliveries

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Good health, physical strength, and ability to concentrate on job responsibilities
• Ability to understand and communicate information in English
• Customer-service skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to navigate complex routes
• Math skills and ability to handle cash and make change accurately
• Patience and ability to remain calm in heavy traffic situations
