Job Title: Senior Vice President of Finance

Spencer Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President of Finance to lead our financial operations and drive business growth.

Job Summary:

The Senior Vice President of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial matters, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role will also involve developing and implementing financial strategies to maximize profits and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and maximize profits
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including banks and investors
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the CEO and executive team
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Five to ten years of managerial experience in finance
  • Certifications such as CPA, CFA, and CMA are preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
