Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Operations Associate to join our team at At Home Stores LLC. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe receipt, processing, and stocking of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandise Receipt and Processing: Unload, process, and stock merchandise in a timely and accurate manner, following company procedures and guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, identify and report discrepancies, and participate in inventory audits and cycle counts.
  • Store Recovery and Housekeeping: Perform store recovery tasks, including cleaning and organizing the sales floor, stockroom, and other areas of the store.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, to move merchandise and perform other tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Age: At least 18 years old.
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and team lift 100 pounds.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and Trustworthiness: Demonstrated reliability and trustworthiness in previous work experiences.
