**Job Summary**
Saint Francis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients
- Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of nursing practice and patient care
**Requirements:**
- Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor or Master degree)
- Certification in critical care nursing (CCRN) or equivalent
