Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and delegate patient care responsibilities to staff as needed.
- Communicate patient information to assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland.
- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting.
- CPR certification.
- A competitive hourly rate of $46.00.
