Vehicle Damage Estimator Position for Wink's Body Shop

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Estimator to join our team at Wink's Body Shop. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in assessing vehicle damage and writing accurate estimates. About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing Pre/Post Scans, referencing manufacturer procedures, taking photos, and documenting vehicles and damage. You will also sort, process, and file paperwork, communicate with customers, vendors, and insurance companies, order parts, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Your proficiency in computer programs and strong analytical skills will enable you to accurately assess vehicle damage and write comprehensive estimates.
Key Responsibilities
- Write detailed estimates and supplements
- Analyze Pre/Post Scans to determine damage extent
- Consult manufacturer procedures to ensure accuracy
- Document vehicle damage through photographs and notes
- Organize and manage paperwork efficiently
- Develop strong relationships with customers, vendors, and insurance companies through effective communication
- Procure necessary parts and process returns
- Maintain a well-organized workspace and adhere to company standards

Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, as well as additional benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. This is a full-time position with a regular schedule from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.
