- Delegate and oversee caregiver tasks, ensuring compliance with state guidelines and professional standards.
- Evaluate potential clients for service appropriateness and monitor their progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including client files and visit notes.
- Work effectively with office staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.
- Active Maryland, DC, or Virginia Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in home health or a related field.
- Current CPR and ACLS certifications.
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive hourly rate ($50.00 - $70.00, based on experience).
- Flexible part-time or PRN schedule.
