Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of semi-skilled and skilled work in the maintenance and care of apartments in our housing portfolio. This includes completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, and performing general upkeep of housing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete work orders and unit turns in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
  • Perform general upkeep of housing facilities, including cleaning and maintaining common areas, vacant units, and exterior spaces.
  • Assist in emergency responses and other types of basic maintenance as needed.
  • Work safely and follow all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent and 3+ years of full-time maintenance experience.
  • Personable and trustworthy with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Vehicle, insurance, and good driving record.
  • Must have own tools.
