Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Ohel Children's Home and Family Services. As a BCBA, you will work with adults who have developmental and/or intellectual disabilities within a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior plans and assessments to support individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
  • Provide staff training and support to ensure high-quality care and services.
  • Collaborate with individuals to develop and implement personalized plans.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with adults with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
