About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. As a key member of our clinical care team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with a DispatchHealth Medical Technician (DHMT) to deliver comprehensive care to patients in their homes.
  • Perform thorough health assessments, diagnose, and treat complex illnesses.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions, such as splinting, suturing, wound care, and minor procedures.
  • Use critical thinking skills and evidence-based standards of practice to ensure quality care.
  • Accurately document patient encounters and ensure accuracy.
  • Analyze test data to diagnose, treat, and arrange follow-up care for patients.
  • Educate patients and families on managing their health and well-being.
  • Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in Emergency, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine.
  • Graduate with an advanced degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Nationally board certified.
  • Current BLS required, ACLS certification preferred.
  • Prescriptive authority and DEA.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
