Job Summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Trust and Estate Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fiduciary services team, you will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting trust agreements, wills, and other estate planning documents. You will also coordinate information between clients, external attorneys, and internal specialists to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient estate settlement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and interpret trust agreements, wills, and other estate planning documents
  • Coordinate information between clients, external attorneys, and internal specialists
  • Administer accounts in a manner that ensures compliance with legal requirements and business line policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Eight or more years of personal trust and/or estate planning experience
  • Advanced knowledge of estate settlement, gifting, income, estate, and multi-generational taxation and trusts
  • Advanced knowledge of fiduciary services
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make critical decisions independently
  • Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills
