Job Overview:

We are looking for a Production Superintendent to oversee operations at our Liquid Industrial Gas facility. This role is essential for ensuring that production targets are achieved while maintaining safety, efficiency, and compliance standards. The Superintendent will lead a team of production operators and technicians, managing both routine operations and unexpected challenges.

This position involves a mix of office responsibilities and fieldwork, requiring availability during off-hours for urgent matters.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise plant operators and technical staff.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, policies, and internal engineering standards.
  • Collaborate with support teams to obtain technical guidance.
  • Optimize plant efficiency and operational capacity.
  • Diagnose and resolve process and equipment issues, implementing effective solutions.
  • Manage compliance with energy incentive program requirements.
  • Oversee quality assurance programs and facilitate audits.
  • Coordinate major maintenance and project activities with relevant teams for effective execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of equipment and processes.
  • Ensure process safety information is accurately maintained and communicated.
