About the Role

We are looking for experienced Certified Home Health Aides to work Overnight Shifts (Sun-Thurs, 11pm-7am) and Morning Shifts (7am-3pm) at our facility in Hilton, NY.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with ADLs and housekeeping tasks.
  • Working closely with our nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

We offer a competitive salary range of $48,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
