Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate is to obtain the necessary registrations and training to progress as a Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA) Stage I.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive advice and tailored solutions to clients, assisting them in reaching their financial objectives.

Conduct client assessments and presentations, reviewing investment aspirations and recommending suitable products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, banking, and managed money solutions.

Engage with customers in the lobby to communicate our value proposition.
Manage client leads and refer them to appropriate internal service providers based on their needs and asset levels.
Participate in continuous training and collaboration with the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Complex.
Maintain a general understanding of core banking and investment solutions, as this role integrates both banking and brokerage services.

Essential Qualifications:
Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 days.
Series 7 and Series 65 are acceptable in lieu of 66 if previously held for the FSA Stage I role.
Effective communication skills.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Capability to adapt and find solutions for clients in a fast-paced setting.
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements.

In accordance with the SAFE Act, all employees involved in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and maintain good standing.

As this role requires SAFE Act registration, you will need to register and undergo the necessary SAFE Act background check and registration process.

Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may lead to disciplinary actions, including termination.
