**Position Summary**

The Senior Technician position requires a skilled and experienced professional to diagnose and repair complex drivability and electrical systems. As a leader and mentor, you will drive a team towards increased customer satisfaction and care.

**Responsibilities**

• Diagnose and repair to specifications, utilizing advanced technical expertise.

• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.

• Assist fellow technicians in performing technical activities, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

**Minimum Qualifications**

• A valid automobile driver's license is required, with the ability to drive customer and company vehicles.

• A minimum of 3 years of automotive repair experience, completion of a Vocational-Technical School program, or demonstrated skills via third-party certificates/assessments.

• A.S.E. certification in at least 3 (three) of A1-A8 is required, with new hires having up to 2 years to comply.

• Maintains Federal, State, and Local certification/license where applicable.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical individuals.
