Leasing Consultant

Weinstein Properties is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and prospects, ensuring a seamless leasing experience.

• Process leasing applications and lease paperwork
• Provide tours of our communities and answer prospect inquiries
• Offer excellent customer service to residents, addressing their needs and concerns
• Work closely with maintenance to ensure timely completion of work orders
• Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition
• Manage resident accounts, including rent payments and security deposits
• Participate in resident activities and events, fostering a sense of community

• Gracious and warm demeanor, with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks
• Strong administrative experience, with attention to detail
• Confidence in learning and adapting to new situations
