We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Trinity Healthcare LLC. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide direct care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of your assigned unit.
Responsibilities- Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern long-term care facilities.
- Ensure that nursing services policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel and reflect the day-to-day nursing care procedures used by the facility.
- Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-departmental personnel and other departments within the facility to ensure that nursing services and activities can be adequately maintained to meet the needs of residents.
- Valid Texas Nurse License
- Valid CPR Certification
- I.V. Certification preferred
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
