Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality repairs to our customers' vehicles. Your attention to detail, technical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in meeting our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of our WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Plan and prepare cost estimates for customers, using various tools and equipment to repair vehicle sections
• Hammer out dents, dimples, and other minor body damage, and mix and apply filler resins as needed
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage, and remove and replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts
• Replace or repair glass and windshields as needed, and repaint vehicles with factory-specified paint or agreed-upon equivalent
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Successful completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work with other repairers within an auto body shop
• Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies, and how to use tools required for the trade
