About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Revere's Wells Street Tavern. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to meet the expectations of our discerning customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to order, ensuring that all food is of the highest quality and presented in an appealing manner.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery, communicating clearly with colleagues and management to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Time Management: Manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Excellent cooking skills, with the ability to prepare a variety of dishes to a high standard. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: A culinary arts degree or equivalent experience.
