The Baker role at Panera Bread involves baking fresh bread and pastries daily, maintaining high standards for flavor and quality, and performing various tasks such as stocking, food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation.

• Bake all the fresh bread and pastries needed each day.
• Maintain our high standards for flavor and quality, using 100% real ingredients.
• Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed.
