Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team at Veterans Ford. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for managing warranty papers and claims, collaborating with managers and technicians, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Warranty Claim Management: Research and prepare customized warranty papers for work, review all warranty claims, and administer them with warranty awards.
  • Repair Order Coordination: Coordinate with managers to prepare repair orders for authorization as per warranty requirements.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with all warranty services, prepare associate documents, and monitor customer inquiries and requests on all warranty issues.
  • Database Management: Supervise all information, update databases, and prepare required filling documents.
  • Warranty Program Knowledge: Maintain knowledge on various warranty programs through active participation in education programs.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with all warranty specifications.
  • Data Entry: Evaluate databases and complete all data entry for warranty claims and filings.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and maintain all warranty documents according to distributor and manufacturer requirements.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Must have Ford warranty experience.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Skills: Strong math skills, ability to handle financial transactions rapidly and accurately, ability to multitask, neat and clean appearance, previous customer service or related experience preferred, helpful attitude and friendly demeanor, excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
