About Orangetheory Fitness

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Representative. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for greeting every member who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge. You will also be responsible for presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, giving studio tours, working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout, selling memberships to help the studio thrive, following up on prospective clients, participating in marketing and outreach events, and ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.

Responsibilities
  • Greet every member who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
