Laundry Attendant

Candlewood Suites-Olathe is seeking a skilled Laundry Attendant to join their team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and organized cleaning and storage of hotel linens and towels.

• Receiving soiled linens from floors, sorting them by type, color, and soil level, and inspecting all laundry for damage or stains.
• Operating washers and dryers according to manufacturer guidelines, adding chemicals in correct quantities, and ensuring optimal performance.
• Folding clean linens and storing them appropriately.
• Assisting with daily linen counts for monthly inventory purposes.
• Reporting malfunctioning equipment to supervisors.
• Providing excellent guest service, responding quickly to requests, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintaining a professional image through appearance and dress.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
