As a Surgical Technologist, you will function as a member of the surgery team in delivering patient care and assuming appropriate responsibilities before, during, and after surgery. You will handle the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure. As a Surgical Technologist at Monument Health, you understand the procedure being performed and anticipate the needs of the surgeon. You have the necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and maintain the sterile field.
