Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to assigned clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share best practices, and address any challenges or concerns.
  • Document all clinical activities and treatment plans in accordance with established standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Missouri.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a mental health setting, preferably in an outpatient or community-based program.
