We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide II to join our team at Mercy. As a Home Health Aide II, you will provide personal care and support to patients in their homes, working under the guidance and supervision of our skilled nursing staff or therapy staff.

### Responsibilities

* Provide personal care and other assigned duties to patients in their homes
* Work in a collaborative environment with our skilled nursing staff and therapy staff
* Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards

### Qualifications

* Valid driver's license
* Certified Nursing Assistant certification or completion of the Mercy approved Patient Care Tech Program
* CPR certification required, but can be obtained after hire

### Preferred Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED
* Experience in a homecare or nursing facility
* Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Windows, Word, and Outlook
