Civil Supervisor

We're seeking a Civil Supervisor to support upcoming Spring Outage work in Salem, NJ. As the Civil Supervisor, you'll provide direction to Craft employees to meet Safety Goals, Quality requirements, Cost, Schedule, and design requirements.

• Coordinate job planning, work methods, subcontractors, equipment usage and rentals, and procurement of supplies and tools.
• Ensure crew/team compliance to the ECM Safety Program and Quality Program.
• Conduct field walkdowns of planned and ongoing Craft and Construction activities.
• Perform inspection of work in progress to assess status and resolve problems firsthand.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to read and write complex documents in English.
• Capacity to reason and make sound decisions.
• Visual acuity, needed to prepare and analyze data, transcribe documents, view a computer, to inspect objects and operate machinery.
• Ability to withstand environmental conditions like extreme heat or cold, grass, wind, sand, fumes, odors, gases, extreme noises, etc.
