About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality care to our patients. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Responsibilities:- Provide regular care to long-term care patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and physicians to ensure that each patient's care plan is followed.
- Supervise nursing assistive personnel and ensure that they are providing high-quality care.
- Input data into computing systems and maintain accurate records.
- Transport patients safely and ensure that they are comfortable and secure.
- At least one year (12 months) of experience as a nurse.
- A valid and current nurse license issued within the US.
- Valid and current CPR certification.
