As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our residents through efficient and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician, your primary duties will include:
  • Diagnosing and executing repairs across various systems, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents and maintaining a positive living environment.
  • Collaborating with team members to uphold the highest standards of property maintenance.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field such as hospitality or construction.
  • Preferred certifications including EPA I, EPA II, and CPO, along with knowledge in plumbing.
  • The physical ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs., with occasional lifting of up to 80 lbs.
  • A valid Driver's License and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
