Job Title: EUC-Digital Workplace Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled EUC-Digital Workplace Architect to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-user computing, mobility, and related architectures that support our organizational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize, plan, design, and implement end-user compute, mobility, and related architectures that support the organizational strategies.
  • Develop and maintain the strategic vision and roadmap for all end-user software, hardware, patches, and interoperability across all platforms.
  • Apply extensive knowledge of business drivers, technology strategy, and end-user and mobility architecture goals to develop and deliver clear, comprehensive data, technical, and product architectures.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for workspace and end-user technologies to continually improve the operational support model, hardware and software lifecycles, and design standards that align with technology trends.
  • Manage global strategy for autopilot and efficient end-user device distribution.
  • Propose, update, and manage end-user impacting security policies.
  • Support unified MDM solutions and practices across retail, distribution, and end-user mobile devices.
  • Assist in the global adoption of Microsoft E5 product suite.
  • Serve as L3 escalation point for end-user troubleshooting.
