  • Develop and implement processes to improve inventory management, including cycle counting, inventory reporting, and stockroom organization.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and counseling to team members as needed.
  • Administer coaching and counseling sessions with team members to address performance issues and improve overall performance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for warehouse personnel, including cross-training and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement departmental initiatives to promote productivity and high-quality customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve labor planning and scheduling, including forecasting and staffing.
  • Conduct regular reviews of employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new concepts and strategies to enhance operational efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of warehouse personnel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
