Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to provide exceptional patient care at our Little Rock, AR location.

This role involves processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, counseling patients on their medication needs, maintaining confidential information, administering immunizations, and promoting community health initiatives.

About the Role:

• Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care to customers, including accurate prescription order processing and counseling services.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information, documentation, and records as required by company policies and local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Administer immunizations and other programs developed by Walmart in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes/regulations.
• Educate and train associates on proper customer service approaches and techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Process and accurately dispense prescription orders for customers.
• Counsel patients regarding their healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
• Pharmacy license by job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000.00, depending on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for performance-based incentive awards.
