Quality Inspector Role at Peko Precision Products
We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our team at Peko Precision Products. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting inspections of assemblies and machined parts to ensure they meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dimensional inspections on in-process and finished machined parts and products using measurement techniques and equipment.
- Inspect weldments and fabricated products.
- Inspect finished product (painting and powdercoat).
- Inspect assemblies and sub-assemblies.
- Use experience with common metrology tools including calipers, and micrometers to measure parts.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum education level of High School, GED, or its equivalent.
- Familiarity with ISO compliant manufacturing environments.
- Ability to read blueprints and proficient understanding of GD&T.
- 3+ years inspection experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years inspection experience in a precision machining environment.
- Previous exposure to operation and programming of CMM equipment.
- CMM experience.
