Job DescriptionThe Traveling Associate Dentist will be responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team. This includes taking care of the community while promoting a positive image of the company, participating in morning huddles, planning the day, and highlighting great examples of customer focus, collaboration, meeting goals, etc. The dentist will also hold staff to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs.
Responsibilities- Provide dental services to patients with the support of the team
- Take care of the community while promoting a positive image of the company
- Participate in morning huddles and plan the day
- Highlight great examples of customer focus, collaboration, meeting goals, etc.
- Hold staff to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $250,000-$300,000 based on the title, job description, and location.
